The hilarious part is, given that all the breast milk mods effect every female assigned character regardless of their genital situation, yes they certainly do. As long as your character identifies as female that's what they are as far as the game is concerned.

since breast milk production is induced by estradiol hormones like progesterone (one of the ones also used in hormone replacement therapy) it is in fact possible.
