@Sparkveil Sorry if this sounds noob but I thought  Motion Sensitive Fix SE already included this ?

Motion Sensitive Fix is doing something similar for sure. Motion Sensitive Fix essentially eliminates the camera animation during staggers and stagger effects. This mod instead gives you a mild camera shake upon taking a heavy hit, to help sell the impact of the blow. It's therefore a middle ground between the no movement of Motion Sensitive Fix and other stagger camera shake removers, and vanilla's crazy swinging camera.

If you want to remove camera shake entirely because of motion sensitivity, motion sensitive fix is the right one to use. On the other hand if you don't mind a little shake, I think this mod gives you better combat feel and immersion.

Can you tell me how you identified what needs to be changed with HxD? I tried to do the same thing as the author of Motion Sensitive but fail.

Motion Sensitive is missing the Staff Cast in 1st Person, Sneak Draw Bow in 1st Person, Bound Bow Equip, Werewolf, Horse and Vampire Lord Sprint.

Trying to identify camera movement in the hex code seems extremely difficult. My approach here was to convert the file to XML (with hkxconv, which can also be used to convert back when you're done), which makes the animation data much more readable. In the XML file you'll see a section labeled "data". The long string of numbers in the "data" section forms a table of instructions for the movement in the animation. If you look for repeating patterns in the data section, that corresponds to aspects of the animation that aren't changing much or at all - for example in the stagger camera, the camera's yaw was not changing almost at all, which corresponded to the value 55 being repeated on a regular basis.

After you identify what in the data section is actual animation movements, my very crude approach was just to change a value, convert back to hkx, and test to see what the impact was.
