not at all, even though this is new sfx my friends in discord still prefer Airgetlam so it's a matter of preference, can't say if any of the both is superior
Super pumped for all of the work you audio guys do. The most under-rated but invisibly appreciated part of any game.
That said I get a strange loud TEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOUUUUUU sound during player ragdoll with your mod installed that stops when I disable your mod. In ISC I've selected, "Silent ragdoll effect". Trying to further troubleshoot the issue. I hate that I can't find a better way to describe the sound, and I'm really trying to come up with something...
Oh I totally forgot the game does that with castigate too, I fixed it in my Airgetlam remake, thing is the game isn't suppose to play the cloak sfx on Ragdolls that way, the proper use for it is when you actually use a cloak spell, I'll have to mute it in the next update but for now please delete mag_cloak_active_lp.wav
compatible if you mix them together otherwise the one with the highest priority wins, but the phoenix compendium installer if you choose both it will install both at the same time and you won't have control over which is actually installed!
Replying to this because I tried it out in game as well and using channeling type spells the sound will keep going/stop if you either go to long or too short. Its very good while its playing but if you stop casting early the sound keeps going and if you keep going it kind of breaks the loop.
This sounds wicked, but I'm wondering if it won't come off as too Sci-Fi sounding in-game? The teaser you provided has a lot going on and it's sort of difficult for me to isolate the individual sounds in my head. Anyone want to upload a video to this mod page so we can hear the sfx in action within Skyrim? <3
Verry cool, dont know how I missed this. Just saw it through your compendium. Was a long time user of your old magic sound rework, will give this a try.

Super obnoxious the game does this kind of file dual-use.
Edit: Fixed in 1.2.2
I only use these 3 mods for magic related SFX.
~Castigate (Main file), Castigate Patch ISC Patch, and Immersive sounds compendium 3.0
Attempt 1: Castigate Patch (before) ISM 3.0 > Worked, but when you restart the game, for some reason it won't work anymore.
Attempt 2: Castigate Patch (after)(vortex recommend) ISM 3.0 > it's not working.
Immersive sounds compendium
Castigate
