    Thank you..
Works with At Your Own Pace - Companion, which refuses the role of harbinger.
the dialogue still appear, but felt quite unimmersive since I'm not the harbinger. So I tweaked a bit.

I have looked into that mod, there is an easy and obvious way to make a patch, but I want to think some time, maybe I can make this mod compatible without a patch.

For now I have added a patch.

This is a really cool idea! I always found Uthgerd one of the more interesting minor NPCs and also treated somewhat unfairly since the player can absolutely murder their way through Farkas' little brawl jobs without any serious repercussions.

As for ideas, that would depend on what you want the scope of this mod to be. You could give her Wolf Armor via SPID, have her hang out at the training yard and Jorrvaskr hall during the day. If you're open to splicing, you could give her a short conversation where the player addresses her past and gives her a chance to prove herself (or make her join you on a radiant quest or something). Like I said, it's a question of how extensive you'd want this to be, just having her join is really neat as it is too!

Also, completely unrelated, but I really love your mods, I always have a good laugh when my character receives yet another totally-not-a-scam offer to join some 100% legitimate scheme, 10/10, thanks for sharing!

      Very cool indeed.

+1 for the adjusted scheduling so Uthgerd starts hanging out with the companions rather than skulking around in The Bannered Mare.

I expect it to conflict with AI Overhaul and such mods.

I'm using this MOD Grelka Lives in Shor's Stone.
it added a package to grelka by SPID to change her daily schedule, and I'm also using immersive citizen AI overhaul, it appears no conflicts.
maybe you can have a refferance with this MOD, I don't anything about MOD making ,just an advice.

The thing with SPID, as I understand it, is that it does not allow to make changes conditional. I would not like Uthgred to have a new package from the start of the game.
Btw I know how to enforce a new package on an NPC, I will consider doing this.

Try Skypatcher? It's able to do some things SPID can't. Though it has it's own shortcomings.

I think SkyPatcher also applies everything just on the game start. But I will check it.
Technically if you use a SPID or SkyPatcher based armor distribution for Companions, it should apply to Uthgerd after you talk to her.

I suck at AI packages, but couldn't one attach a condition to the package, to only make it active when Uthgerd is a member of the companions' faction? Use SPID to distribute, and it will be dormant until the dialogue choices from this mod change her faction affiliation.

I can just make a quest that keeps Uthgerd in an alias and apply a package using it, so while the quest is active in the background, the package will be of the highest priority.

Uthgerd, my beloved, i met you in this cosy tavern, half drunk,
You were so confident, the crowd was mesmerized by your aura,
Few seconds later, laying on the ground,
Some tooth missing, your blood everywhere,
I was praying Kynareth so much at your side,
In her old temple with Jenssen,
    The concussions were too intense,
Enjoy your journey to Sovngarde, my love.

    Your truly,

I'd move her to the guild base, simply because it feels like something Bethesda would do and is a natural end to the questline. You have to see some sort of payoff for the decisions you make.

And what to do with her house?

I don't really think anyone cares about the little details, and I'm not a modder so I don't know how much work any of it takes, but you could have her house be given to a character that doesn't have one. (Would probably complicate the mod too much though and add conflicts.)

Personally I do care about 'the little details'. I get the choice for her to stay in her house completely, she has a home all to herself, why move? It would be kinda cool to see her in Jorrvaskar, but something realistic would have to happen to her house I think, like someone else moving in as you said. Much more complexity yes but the environs series does stuff like that well.

People care. Not all Companions live in Jorrvaskr. Most of the time the DB don't live there, Aela's parents didn't live there either. Generally, during their lives, members get married, start a family, build or buy their houses, etc.
Leave her her house but make her hang out with the other Companions in Jorrvaskr during the day,  call you Harbinger, and maybe wear the wolf armor and use a Skyforged greatsword.

A skyforged greatsword is a nice idea. It is probably not a part of the outfit, so should be pretty easy to replace.

Just another Nord with a crappy attitude that needs a bath. I don't see why not. I don't think the smell of wet hounds bothers as many as you would think. 😄
