About this mod
With this mod you can ask Uthgerd to join the Companions when you are the Harbringer, .

When you have finished that quest with Kodlak's spirit and he has proclaimed you the new Harbringer, a new dialogue option with Uthgerd will be active.
If you pick this new line, she will be added to the same factions as other non-Circle members (I have used Ria's faction as an example).
You will also get a small relationship improvement (if she is not already your ally, that's it).
I have not changed anything else to keep it conflict free. The NPC record itself is untouched.
So if you have anything in you game that uses "CompanionsFaction" for dialogues, quests, random encounters etc, Uthgerd will be considered as a member of the guild.
I have considered moving her to live in the guild base, but then none forces the player to live there when they want to live in Breezehome, so I have decided that Uthgerd also may continue to live in her house.
I am open to other ideas of how to make her more of a Companion.
The esp is flagged as ESL. The header should be of the version 1.7.0.
