I recently stumbled upon a mod Read The Dragon Shout. I thought it was perfect, so instead of asking and burdening the mod author, I decided to make my own addition.
This mod adds transliteration of thu'ums.
There is an optional file for Stormcrown now. It has two new shouts, so I've decided not to create another mod page.
