Hi, I have thought about it and wanted to reach out few weeks ago, However your presets requirements includes mods that I'm not currently using and I didn't want to mess with my setup until I was done with my projects.
If you can share with me your COtR setup then I can try to side load it and try to use your presets
Additionally, I will have have to request permission from those asset creators If they agree then yes, we can go ahead and make some replacers
Personally, I intend to replace all if not as many NPCs as I can with COtR so I will definitely be in need of as many presets as I can find on this note if you don't mind, I may not replace a npc with the preset you have created for them rather I could possibly use it for another npc (if you agree)
Keeping in mind that not everyone has the same COtR setup, my aim is use a different file/folder structure so that it doesn't interfere with anyone's setup.
Let me know if this is acceptable then I can add it to my project list.

For the NPCs choice, yes, as a collaboration between us, if you want to pick one NPC instead another, yes we could do that.
We can begin with Housecarls or Companions if you want. Or a single NPC even, if you want to.
I have replaced 10 npcs in this mod
I plan on adding more male replacers to this mod.
I will request permission for the Complexions for CotR mod
If permission is granted I will use some of your companions presets
- Kodlaks beard in your preset isn't going to look good so will have to change it
- It's your preset so you decide on the change
For the companions, i would like to keep Farkas/Vilkas as they are based on Wolverine and Sabretooth form X-men origins
Keep Skjor/Kodlak and Aela too. Fjona from intersting NPCs too.
I'm open for change for the rest (Athis/Njada/Ria/Torvar).
