This mod has the wrong fileform i.d., namely 43 (which is for Skyrim2011) instead of 44 for SSE. The author should load the mod in the SSE Creation Kit and re-save the files with the right form i.d. Having the wrong fileform can lead to the game crashing in the long run.
Seeing however that the author is mostly unresponsive to anything posted here, I fear nothing will be done...
THIS IS THE WARNING: This mod changes the standard tint indices (indexes) for MANY of the skin features for several races and several of these have been moved to the opposite sex. Skin and all texture layers are assigned a tint index, many of which are sex specific. What this means is that ANY character who is of an affected race and uses a tint index which has been moved to the other sex will have errors if the npc character modifies (adds) any of those tint layers to their appearance. Ultimately this means that those tint features (textures) WON'T APPEAR ON THE CHARACTER whose tint indexes haven't been changed to accommodate this mod. It also means that ANY VANILLA TEXTURE which has been assigned a different tint index WILL NOT BE ADDED to any NPC that uses the vanilla tint indexes (which is probably over 70% of NPCS of affected races). If you don't add a lot of new NPCs to your game, it probably won't be that noticeable. If you do... you will get issues like this for EACH added NPC character:
NOTE: All of those errors are for a single mod. This picture ONLY shows you the errors which result from an index being moved to the other sex. It DOES NOT show you how many visual changes will have occurred (which will be more than you see here). Without this mod, those errors go away. (if you are curious, you can see the tint index changes made to this mod in SSEEdit if you click on the modified race records).
It REALLY pisses me off when people do this. I realize that mod author probably didn't realize the scope of this mistake but to give you another understanding of that scope: this is one reason why so many patches are required for RS Children. For that mod only one or two indexes were changed but it affects ALL children since it is a basic face texture. Virtually every child added to the game has to have the traditional tint indexes modified with a patch so that their faces have the right appearance (it isn't just an issue of using RS Children resources). Otherwise the children look very strange. Take a look at the list of patched mods a generous user has offered to host. This doesn't cover anywhere near the total number of affected mods but it is a glimpse. Much of this could have been avoided if the author had added new tint layers for the modified appearances rather than change the indices for the child races.
REQUEST TO MOD AUTHOR: Would you PLEASE put ALL VANILLA Race Tint indexes back to their original values? (Reorder your additional layers so that they ADD layers instead of modify them) Otherwise I cannot use this mod. I have too many added NPCs and get more than a THOUSAND mod errors (if I count each line) because of this mod. If I remove this mod, they all go away.
Same but this can also be a "false positive" flag because the mod has a tag that says Oldrim, even though it doesn't really mean anything for the mod itself and it is still compatible. The mod is quite old after all...
I just re-downloaded skyrim se and tested it out, it works fine for me, make sure it is last or almost last in your mod list order, see if that fixes the problem.
"Don't mess with the "Complexion" slider on the Beastraces, its weird I know you can fix the face by choosing another race." From the Description page, my dude.

Would anyone create a scar or warpaint that has Allen Walker from the anime D.Gray-man?
