If it looks weird you should first load the normal Json preset and then go to sculpt and load the head, there you will have the "Unique" Haronzo and nope nothing else than the HPH and remenber to put the facepart in High poly in RaceMenu. happy to see you like it!

Does it has any other requirements besides HPH? It looks strange in-game when I load the preset.
