REGARDING SURVIVAL CC
Unfortunately, although it is a very good system, Survival CC does not have the features that Frostfall provides, such as "hotspot" markers which allows even pools to be heated.
Regarding Hearthfire Extended by Kinaga
I cannot guarantee compatibility with both mods since this mod and HExt both change exteriors, nonetheless some objects will clip with others, that there will also be some navmesh problems.
I love this mod, what a great space you've created for us, thank you! I've noticed that my followers have somewhat of a hard time trying to follow me up onto the pool deck, though. Usually if I want them to come swimming with me I have to start flying above the pool deck first, which gathers everyone into the air at my position, then I can land and have them all land by me and then they will start sandboxing on the pool deck area.

I wanna say I don't think that I have anything else that specifically alters the Manor's navmesh; the closest other Windstad-related mod that I have is the boat to Solitude but that's way off in the distance and not even remotely close to the Manor or the pool deck. Perhaps Hearthfire Extended is causing some sort of weird navmesh issue somehow? 🤔 Also, I noticed that the above problem that I mentioned doesn't always happen, it's kinda hit or miss lol 😅
Bummer. 😢 Oh well. I love how it all looks, so even though my followers don't always follow me into the pool, I'm gonna keep using it and Hearthfire Extended together 😂😅 Thanks again for such an awesome mod!
Playing survival mode. Unfortunately being in water freezes me. I really wish there was a warming effect when heaters for hot tub and pool were turned on. Otherise I die after 5 minutes I love this mod too!!! Especailly with the bath areas by Shadowman.
Okay..silly idea. I have seen ziplines. Would be cool to get one from LofTB platform to here. Or maybe roof of Blue Palace to here.

This mod will work only with Frostfall, which is functionally more superior than Survival Mode due to its use of special "hotspots" to allow heating without fire.
I apologize, I should of read further down. I was hoping I could place some "FXfireWithEmberLogo01", "Base form ID: 004318B", "Ref form ID: 7A02BB79" objects that do indeed throw off heat in survival mode under the seats and floor of the hot tub to keep warm.

I'm assuming, given the size of the pool and greenhouse, not much could be compatible, but I thought I'd check anyway before I break my new load order experimenting.
I have no idea how much exterior Kinaga's mod changes, as it's lacking screenshots to show those changes, but you'll want to save your game and your modlist/loadlist before trying to run both mods at the same time; if they don't work in synergy you can roll back.
AWESOME MOD (using AE 1.6.640.0.8 / SKSE64 2.2.3 (latest), FEB 2023)... pools are superbly designed. this is the 1st time in over 12 years I enjoy idling in Skyrim....
Now I can finally feel like I am using all that gold I gathered up. Thanks for the nice mod. How can I get the planters to use the replacer plants I use over the vanilla. I have modded most flowers etc but the planters show vanilla textures. Is it just load order?
hello, is this compatible with Campfire (they change the Static Campfire HeatsourceOverrideWarm; this mod returns it to vanilla state, whereas he Campfire change does something)? or is it better if i make a patch to keep the Campfire seetings? thanks and cheers
Am using Campfire with all those mods without any problems. This mod was built with Frostfall in mind; it cannot be used with Survival Mode because SM does not have some of the features found in Frostfall, such as heat markers.
You'll have to make a hard call which one mod to use more than the other, as this mod wasn't designed to work with others that would completely alter the entire estate.

Unfortunately, yes. Both mods change the navmesh, so it's either this mod or that mod you have to actively use.

Between me and them, our ideas for Hearthfire homes are different, so I'm sorry I don't think this mod is going to work with theirs.
so its a compatibility issue. maybe remake or edit this pool space so it has a Dragos walls patch?
