    Is there a way to lock out an NPC from smoking? Inigo is constantly stopping to smoke, and as a being a former addict is a huge part of his story, its killing the immersion for me.

      You can take his pipes from the inventory, it should make him stop.
      I'll exclude him next update in respect for his lore.

    is this mod compatible with stb widgets? i'm crashing as soon as the pipe smoking animation finishes and it mentions this mod and stb widgets

    For anyone wondering if this works with nemesis: it does! unlike some behavior mods that u have to "check" it, this one (and it's requirements) doesn't appear on the checklist - it will be automatically recongnized as soon as you run the engine.

    This is very underrated and has great potential! But it turns me off a bit. I'd really love a version where you just activate the pipe and it consumes Skooma directly from your inventory, gives you the effect and and plays the animation 

    I think this would be so simple and immersive! The process of filling and consuming it like a potion and the message box choice for elves ears or moon sugar unimmerses me. Also if it gives you Skooma effects it would have an actual Gameplay purpose to smoke!

    Then the Cherry on top would be to make smoking Skooma worthwhile over drinking it by for example making addiction buildup slower when smoking instead of drinking with Gourmet! Gameplay and Immersion Dream Combo ☘️

      you can create a script for that and you can make a patch for gourmet as well, you just have to create the scripts and then make the records work together

    The mod works well and is great for roleplaying with Mantella, but the pipe smoke isn't visible. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I've installed all the requirements, and it performs the animation, and the pipe is visible, but there's no smoke. In the preview video, the smoke is visible. If anyone knows how to help me, I would appreciate it. Cheers!

    i apologize for bugging you, i am asking this question here and over on Cannabis Skyrim page to hopefully gather some answers for myself and others who are interested

    how does the pipe work in relation to Cannabis Skyrim? because CS adds pipes and bongs and such, but if i have to use a separate pipe for smoking various things that would discourage me from using these mods together. one pipe to smoke them all!

      Unfortunately my mod is just for pipe smoking mod. It's actually just a small peace of cannabis mod that was separated by it's author because of a lot of people was requesting that.
      In this case it means you can use them together but there will be separate pipes for even ears, moon sigy and separate for cannabis stuff.

      dang. I can understand why the mods would be separated, though I am surprised there is no compatibility patch. I feel like a patch could be relatively simple, in theory, all that we would need is regular elves ear and skooma added to the cannabis skyrim pipes and the pipes from pipe smoking disabled.
      then the cannabis pipes can smoke elves ear and the skooma pipes are only for that good good lunar sugar. 

      Hopefully somebody would be willing to make the patch. i am going to take a look at the files and see what i can figure out, but i am quite sure it will be beyond my capabilities. i can edit a text file pretty good and that is about it lol, my skills lie in pixel art and amateur graphic design. 

      if you would be willing to look into making a compatibility patch, i could look into making some new textures for some new skooma pipes if you were interested in adding more pipe variation, maybe a weathered old looking pipe and maybe a fancy royal looking one? idk i have not done graphic design for 3d model textures yet so im not sure how they would end up looking though

    I like it, but it requires so many pre-mods to use this, and some pre-mods require so many pre-mods to use them, can you come up with an integration pack?  That'd be great, thanks XD

    I might be the only one to have had this issue but you're having trouble getting it to work, try dropping the longpipe and picking it back up or crafting a new one. I think it's something to do with the fact that I installed this mod mid-save whilst already using the original pipe smoking mod. I was going nuts trying to figure out why the "sit/stand?" and "moon sugar or elves ear?" menus wouldn't come up for me. figured id comment just in case this helps anyone in the future lmao

    Currently remaking my modlist in anticipation of the new release of Conquest of Skyrim after having not played for a while and saw that you'd updated the mod so that now the absolutely fantastic pipes from the "Skooma Pipes" mod could be used to actually have skooma smoking animations! Absolutely brilliant move, hoss, now with the FLM patches for this, Pipes and Skyrim on Skooma I can finally live out the Imperial dream of being a crippling skooma pipe addict with a Khajit gf (Sa'chill) who yells at me for being addicted, just as Caius Cosades intended!
