Version 1.16
Small hotfix to reduce the lightbulbs in the Winterhold College Hall of Attainment to 1 instead of 3, so it should play nicely with lighting mods and location mods now.

Shifted the Vanilla Blacksmiths / General Goods addon to an esp-fe instead of a SkyPatcher injection to resolve possible CTDs when combined with SPID mods that edit the same containers. This addon will now require a leveled list merge / bashed patch for full functionality.
