Basically a SkyPatched version of this mod.

Compatibility
Thanks to SkyPatcher it is compatible with basically everything. One Caveat is that afaik SkyPatcher's weapon patcher specifically doesn't support the 'filterByEditorIdContains' filter yet. Normally one could use that to filter weapons that have 'pickaxe' in their editorId. However since that is not possible I had to use 'filterByWeapons' and name every vanilla pickaxe. This just means that mods that add new pickaxes to the game (are there even any?) still need to have those added in the ini.
TL;DR: Compatible with everything. New mod added pickaxes just aren't affected for now.

Features:
- increases speed of all pickaxes from 1.3 to 3.0
- decreases damage of all pickaxes to 1
- increases reach of all pickaxes from 0.7 to 1.0
Differences from the original mod:
- doesn't reduce weight of pickaxes
- doesn't change the name of pickaxes
- pickaxes still level one handed (afaik SkyPatcher doesn't support changing the skill yet)
