A patch to add sounds from ISC to items from Immersive Jewelry.

This mod adds sounds from ISC to the jewelry items from Immersive Jewelry, as follows:
* Circlets, headplates, armbands: ITMClothingUp/Down. Armored circlets use ITMGenericArmorUp/Down instead.
* Other head items (Tiaras, diadems, crowns, etc.): ITMClothingUp/Down.
* Chokers and collars: ITMClothingUp/Down.
* Bracelets, necklaces, torcs: ITMNeckUp/Down.
* Rings, earrings, nose studs: ITMRingUp (There is no ITMRingDown for some reason, so I had to leave that blank. Since some of these have ITMClothingDown in Immersive Jewelry, they'll still have it here, since nothing overrides that sound.)
* Bodices (goes in the body slot): ITMGenericArmorUp/Down
* Gems: ITMGemUp/Down
