    For users using middenaxpandedSSE.esp flagged as an esm. The meshes and textures add in the main file will need to be renamed from "middenexpandedSSE.esm" to "middenexpandedSSE.esp." If you do not most likely NPCs will have dark face bug issues.

      That's a very good point indeed... let me stick that.

      I should probably create a FOMOD to do it automatically and avoid mistakes

      I add that in my TODO list

    For some reason the arcane grotto isn't considered a player home. (for instance I wanted to set a  chest in the bedroom as "master chest" but smart harvest says it's not a non respawning chest in a player home)

      That’s the one I use too 😉

      the real issue with UCOW is lux, who can crash easily… but I am working on tweaks and fixes for UCOW… I think you will like it too 👍

    Any way to not depend on the optional .esm.
    But on the main .esp ?

      Ok I will do an ESP version

      I want to include other fixes anyway, and add some tweaks 

      But why pick the ESP version when an ESM version is available?

      some other patches only work with the esp otherwise i would use the esm

      Mostly either the old version was installed and people are using it for existing saves.  Or patches require the original plugin as a master.

      I am not sure why ER doesn't just flag the plugin as an ESM rather than re-naming the plugin entirely as a .ESM.  flagging it is sufficient and achieves the same result without creating compatibility issues.

      Ok so this what I did to solve this issue:


      • I compared the ESM and the ESP version... no differences
      • I renamed the ESM with the ESP extension (I will post it here too)
      • I updated my patch
      • I updated the True HUD Patch

      It works like a charm...

      By doing further testing I also stumble another broken area, so I will fix that first and then post a V3 with all that...

      No more ESM/ESP issues, just one clean ESP file ESMified and the fixes will work with everything

      EDIT: Version 2.3 is out with all the changes

      I haven't checked those tbh, I am working on the most massive college imaginable right now, which is 

      - The Ultimate College
      - The Midden Expanded
      - TGC of Winterhold

      And I will release other patches, tweaks and creations in the next days, focus on this target alone. I will post my tweaks and improvements alongside a guide to install all those mods.

      I don't plan to check his other mods for now, sorry.

      But be sure I will post the fixes if I do one day

    I've been having this invisible rune issue for ages and didn't want to spend hours isolating parts of my mod list to see what the culprit was. Good to know it might be this.
