Pluggin replacer, removed everything but the regular wands and the staff stations. Optional patches to make wands use Hogwarts in skyrim animations and models, also a small Secrets of Smithing addon

Just a pluggin replacer for Fulcimentum removing all staffs , greater wands and shield variants. Also added a keyword for optional patches
Optional patches:
1) Makes most of Fulcimentum wands use Hogwarts in skyrim models
2) Renamed Hogwarts in skyrim animations mostly for iddles and movement, in order to be used with Fulcimentum wands
3) Secrets of smithing addon: added 2 recipes, one for staffs and one for wands which allows crafting unenchanted versions of them
