The Psijic Merchant is merchant waiting at the Four Shields Inn at Dragonbridge to sell powerful magic that most vendors don't have (or don't think you're ready for).
Includes:
I created this mod as an in-universe method of getting interesting spells without grinding through quests I've already memorized. Now you can get Bound Dagger right away and start your mystical assassin run without going to Solstheim first, and there's no need to start Dawnguard before you get your hands on Vampire's Bane. Have fun!
Note: Sadly, there's no spell tome in the game for Summon Arvak, so I wasn't able to include that one.
Requirements: You only need the base game and the DLCs, Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Should be compatible with anything, but let me know if something conflicts.
Installation: Toss it into your mod manager. Nothing special.

- Expert and Master level spells, no matter your level
- Hard-to-find magics, like spectral arrow and bound bow
- All levels of alteration magic
- And a set of Psijic Monk clothes
