   To everyone wanting their guards wearing the cloaks, wait a few days in the country for the cells to reset or start a new game!

   none of the guards have these equipped, ive tried resetting their inventory and waiting a few in game days and its still just the cloaks of skyrim :( what am i doing wrong????

   Really cool mod, didn't play with it extensively yet but I found only a few guards used the new texture, not all of them... was this intentional?

      You need to wait few days before guards will wear the capes

      Click on them in the console and type "resetinventory" or just wait a few in game days for their inventory to reset.
