Attention to people who cannot find the spell tome where I've stated, make sure the plugin is active in Vortex and MO2. if the spell tome does not show after you've used the "help" command then the mod is not properly loaded and there is nothing I can do on my side. Load my mod after any other mod that changes interiors or you might not find the spell tome!
The 1st request is to change the fur to Black and and the eyes to Dark BlueAnd the 2nd request is to change the fur to Dark Blue and the eyes to Black, basically vice-versa of the first request.

I'm having this issue where he won't go away now. The time limit is stuck and there's no unsummon. He's an AWESOME mount and I ride him everywhere, but him joining in my fights gets annoying because he's so large and blocks my arrows or pushes me into objects.
Besides trying to figure out why the time limit on his summon won't go down, an ability to make him non-combative (like a horse) would be cool lol...

well, i do ...but that will be tougher.. since u wanna keep it secret....how about the Vigilance (Dog) model from the mod "vigilance reborn" ..and not all, just the specific one with dragonplate armored ...u can easily find the one in very first pic https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17571 or u can just guide me through this.. what did u use to edit that? Nifskope?
No sorry, I wouldn't give out my work. Get permission from the author for the models and I'll find a way to send you a custom made skeleton. But I can not teach you my ways. You can try researching in the forums how to create your own skeleton that can be mountable. If you have any requests for a mount, please make sure you have permission from the author or it's an existing asset from the game, then no prob I'll make you a mount. Follow the authors permissions or one day you might get into legal trouble as unbelievable as it may seem. And respect their work, after all it's all for free.
The spell tome is where in the Sleeping Giant Inn exactly? I don't see it.
I can see in your screenshot it's called "Spell Tome: Conjure Fenrir" so I opened up the console and typed help "Spell Tome: Conjure Fenrir" and got no results. Then I just typed help "Fenrir" and go three results. One for a location "Fenrir's House" and one for a key "Key to Fenrir's House" and one for an NPC and judging by the base IDs all three of those seem to be from the same mod so I then did a player.placeatme with Fenrir's base ID and it was just some dude that had Firewood for sale. so I don't know what's going on here.
I can see the mod installed and enabled in Vortex and I see an esp called Ridable Wolfs in Loot that I pushed as far down in the load order as I could and still nothing.
The spell is located in Sleeping giant inn on the left side of Orgnar's counter. Make sure my mod is activated in your Plugins section in MO2 and Vortex, if you have any overhauls of interiors load my mod last
If the mod is loaded correctly you should be able to use (help "Conjure fenrir" 4) and the console will return both spell and and book IDs
The mod is for 1.6+ Can you find it with the help command?

Your description page says

No mention of 1.6+
Might want to edit that description page.
