Remove "PlaneMarkers" that were added in from Skyrim Project Optimization (SPO)
These "PlaneMarkers" affect how cells are seen and viewed
HS {Location} overhauls vanilla cells, but not accounting for SPO's additions causing issues
This series of patches removes the "PlaneMarkers" to not alter HS {Location} original design
Some areas are better and worse than other, but this should eliminate that all together
ONLY REMOVED "PlaneMarkers" from areas that were affected by HS ... NOWHERE ELSE
