Love your integration mods very much! And is skypatcher a must, if I just want to fight the rebalanced monsters at the locations where you placed them?
SkyPatcher is a light requirement. My Mods will all work without them. The creatures will spawn in all the locations listed in the descriptions. If you use SkyPatcher, npcs will summon the creatures and they will show up in some level lists as well.
I actually use all of 4th unknown's creatures in my current Requiem Load order plus some of the integration mods for them found on Nexus. My mod, Requiem - Auto NPC Patcher patches them up to Requiem standards really nicely. Just select the esps in the patcher settings, run it, and you're good to go. They will automatically be balanced for requiem. Because my patcher balances them so well, I don't really feel the need to make handmade patches for them.
The reason I made specific rebalances for attacko's mods is that they were very overpowered compared to vanilla NPCs, so if I were to patch them with my patcher, they would be more overpowered than Requiem NPCs. For most mods that are already well balanced for vanilla Skyrim, like 4thunknowns and Mihail's mods, my patcher does a pretty good job of bringing them up to requiem standards.
Yes, an all in one is coming soon! I want to play test all the individual files a little more to see if any bugs become apparent before I merge them all together.
