This mod looks amazing, can’t wait try it :3 how did you implement npcs that are harder to sneak past? Also have you considered implementing your idea of a sneak antagonist into regular combat encounters? Just as a silly example but perhaps a mage type enemy who is employed by golden glow estate during the thieves guild quests and is sensitive to sneak/invisibility? Just the premise makes it sound both more exciting and difficult

Killing the Emperor was a real Easy Piece of cake, I hope when take the mission, to find a real challenge, that does not die at the first hit
