pls correct me if i am wrong but hdt is responsible for cloth physics right? So the non hdt patch should remove the physics from the dress?
But when i am using that patch the skirt is still floating. I have fsmp so.... am i just making the patch redundant as long as i have faster smp enabled?
Hi. My patch completely removes the HDT-SMP bones from the outfit, and give it Vanilla bones. So it doesn't matter if you have Faster SMP installed, it won't use it. If you still have SMP something is wrong, try setting my mod last in your load order. Or install it manually into your Skyrim\Data folder. I hope this helps.

The Non-HDT patch will remove the HDT from it, you could try it. But maybe you want an edited "skirt.xml", and this is not my area, you could ask in the original mod's page tho.
What is "improved ground items"? Better explanation in the description section or download file itself would be much appreciated cuz I have no idea what that means and i probably wont be the only one
