I like the increased gold penalty but removing the jail option is possibly a bit much. So what are the jails in Skyrim used for, if there's no such option? Could there be a 2nd version which keeps the jail option?
use classic oblivion jail system mod, it's the most underrated crime overhaul specially if used with static skill leveling rewritten so the skill loss would be even more punishing
i lovet he concept of this mod but remoiving jail system i know it makes no sense but what if turn jail system like a true pain in the ass like u have to do real thig for the ppl of skyrim *acc to specific hold* to be free like in Marakath have to mine and smelter like 25 silver to be released other wise the whole ppl will ignore u no trader or even not single npc want to talk to u that will make u consider every aspect before commiting crime
