I want a color edit with a dark blue skull eye without the black sludge mark covering most of the skull & with black circles outside of the skull. I also want the eyes to glow in the dark. Thanks if you can & no rush!
1) It would be easier for the author to just remove the black smudges themselves since they have the original project files. 2) What do you mean by "with black circles outside of the skull"?
