I'm not sure what you're asking? If you're already using a mod that dramatically changes the interior of these inns, this might not be compatible. I would just run Intimate Inns at the end of the load order and see what happens.
Ah, that's my mod. As I said on the description page, I added a few things just to make each inn a little distinctive, so that it doesn't feel like I'm always walking into the same place. It's pretty light, I added mostly a few beams or an arch here and there, maybe a storage shelf, maybe a wall decoration. Each inn is different.
And in the Four Shields Inn I added... four Solitude shields on the wall! Not sure why that wasn't there to begin with.
Probably not, there's an overlap in the inns from both mods and I'm not sure what exactly Distinct Interiors changes. I would just put Intimate Inns at the end of your load order and see what happens.
