Disables 550+ objects in Enhanced Solitude, many which were hidden originally, to increase performance.

Over 550 objects have been disabled. Many of these are small rocks and plants that were originally hidden behind or inside buildings placed by Enhanced Solitude, and in some cases, there were duplicate assets in the same place. Removed the particle effects added by Enhanced Solitude. I've also adjusted occlusion planes to make the most of areas they occlude, and added some in select interiors. Lastly, I've fixed the placement of some assets to hide seams and texture mismatch. This mod was inspired by Capital Windhelm Expansion Lite and Capital Whiterun Expansion Lite by GeraldMods.
