Fixed bad parallax flags
I always found annoying that the nordic towers walls had very big, almost streched and blurry textures no matter the size of the texture used in them, so i opened the vanilla nifs and tweaked the UVs to make it so the textures look less blurry, but also makes the briks of the textures smaller in the process
