This is already a configurable option within the mod's included .ini file. In fact, your mod is just that exact .ini file, but edited with that change and also opted-in for Donation Points.
Like that wasn't the point, huh? Not every mod user goes to tweak ini files. Most just want a plug and play experience, especially if used in a Wabbajack modlist. Powerofthree permissions allow to earn to donation points so what's the problem? I have about 22 other files that are not edited text files if you're really going there.
People upload ini file mods all the time, I think there are like 10 different ones for Engine Fixes already floating about. Sure they are kinda pointless, but it's not like they are going to have any significant impact on the donation point system.
If someone is making a Wabbajack modlist, then they can edit the .ini themselves and Wabbajack will binary patch it on the user's installation to reflect that change. This mod is just abusing PO3's permissions in a cheap attempt to leech DP off of their work.
