If I recall correctly, on Aviform's profile it said all of his mods are allowed to make patches for when user descriptions were still a thing on Nexus. I made a cleaned esp of the mod and didn't get permission and I never got any flak.
Perhaps after the daedric quest, every so often instead of the generic pickup/down/eat sound will be sheogarth's voice. Or maybe if any artifact or item from the Isles in your inventory triggers this?
