Patch to fix some NPC navigation issues when using these two mods together

With the official Ryn's Robber's Gorge and Lux Via patch, these two mods make some pretty big changes to the Robber's Gorge area. I noticed after clearing the fort that neutral NPCs were getting stuck at the new bridge or wandering inside the fort and generally just standing around. After having a look in the CK I saw that this was due to a Navmesh oversight.

The preferred pathing was set to go through the fort and then lead to nowhere which was causing NPCs to stand around. As for the bridge, the preferred pathing was disconnected from the main path which again was causing NPCs to not know how to navigate through the village.

In this patch I just corrected the preferred pathing to go around the fort along the "safer" side road and over the bridge, as well as giving NPCs two options to navigate the village back onto the main path towards Rorikstead.

This is a patch for a patch, so requires the official Lux Via patch for Ryn's Robber's Gorge in the FOMOD
