This is a joke mod made out of assets of my other mod "Dimensional Rift Home" for users that don't like big all-included-type homes. It is complete and I wont add anything else.
hiya, my dwemer vendor lady seems to have invited herself to my wedding (of course lydia doesn't show smh) and as a result i think her placement behind the wall is off now. she sounds really far away 😠is there any possible way of moving or resetting her position?? also i know nothing about modding but if it's possible to somehow flag her so she can't be a wedding guest that would also be cool, but no worries either way. fantastic mod btw! ♥ ^_^
If upgrading on existing save, how do you get the tome again to access the barrel? I didn't see it on the forge list and it did not respond at the cave exit in Helgan.
In case anyone has issues with this mod not loading properly because it's esl (e.g: character eternally falling through the void, no floor, no walls, but you can see some random objects) and it loads at the top of the load order regardless of what you do (esl files can only override other esl files), I'm happy to report the mod works flawlessly as an ESPFE. In fact, it's working better as an ESPFE, not only because I can freely move it around my LO, but also because the Dimensional Barrel Spell is working properly. Instead of having to cast it a billion times until it teleports me to the house and another billion times to take me back to where I was, now it works as intended and just casting it normally once will teleport me to and from the house. If permissions allowed me, I'd post it and keep the original as a dependancy, but it's easy enough to convert just google it, it literally takes 2 min.
That's great to hear! An official conversion is always better! But please, take your time and take care of yourself. Until you're able to do it, users are more than capable of doing this themselves through a quick google search and xEdit. Good luck with everything, here's to hoping you can have the best possible outcome with your issues.
Before I forget, this house is absolutely beautiful and the fact you were able to put everything we could possibly need in such a small space and make it look so cozy, organized and with the most pleasant aesthetic ever is bonkers.
This is quite embarrassing of me but possibly because I'm using JK's dragonsreach and some flora overhaul, I can't find the spell tome on Farengar's table...I don't think it's on the cave exit either.
Is there a way I can use console command to get the tome?
Is there any further assistance that can be rendered for this? The book doesn't appear for me, and the help function yields nothing useful. Do you have the form id#? I realize the hex code will change due to load order, which I can figure out. But the actual id is what I need. Alternately, can you please possibly update the mod to have the spell book also be purchasable from Farengar? This way, missing tomes due to mod compatibility unpredictability won't be a problem. Thank you!
1- The very same issue I have with Dimensional Rift Home. The spell to travel to the location works when it wants. I'll literally cast the spell a bunch of time and nothing will happen, until eventually it'll work. No it's no script lag issue on my side. I checked. Twice now. I have also seen other users saying the same thing, that the spell doesn't work. It does, one just has to be pacient and insistent. In my case, as soon as I'm able to travel to the house, I'll use another mod to mark the location so i don't have to deal with the spell anymore, but it would be nice to have the full experience.
2- The fact the plugin is esl makes LOOT lose its sh*t and load it at the top of my LO. #130 to be specific lol. It doesn't matter how many rules I try to create (LOOT will claim there's cyclic rules), not even putting this mod as "late loaders" will fix it, it'll just make the mod go from #130 to #175. The issue with that is that the house won't load. Only a few objects will, like chests and some decorations, but all around it's black because is loading way too early, it needs to be somewhere in the middle. If possible a esp-fe version might do the trick.
I'm aware they cant lol, is that because you don't know how to make them or is it impossible to do because of the teleport spell? I'm only asking because I like this mod a lot , I spent the time to navmesh it, unaware your followers couldn't come here. I was just wondering if there is a reason. Its not a big deal though, I was curious more than anything.
Wasnt intended to use with followers due to limited space. To allow followers youd need to add navmesh and move yellow doormarkers from somewhere in cell inside the barrel and place on navmesh, and finalise navmesh so one of the triangles turns green(under the doormarkers). After that the followers would be able to use it
Nnmd about my earlier comment about followers still not following I never dropped the new ESP in, it was my fault, it was late lol. Now that its navmeshed and the door markers are moved they can follow now. thanks again for your response, I thought that I was missing something that I was unaware of.
Do I need to install your newest update on a new game? Updated it in my current game and (a) the imbuing chamber has a switch floating in midair without and 'chamber' present, just an empty bench top behind the switch, and (b) the dimensional storage spell still does nothing but make 'fail fart' sound...
If these are the only issues, I can live with them. Never used the imbuing chamber at any place in my game yet.
Hmmm where have I seen the name "barrel home" before... jk all copyright infringement jokes aside, this is a nice and convenient home, I actually just saw it on Febriths youtube channel. I like the fake atronach forge, I never thought of implementing one in my mod, not gonna steal your model for it, but I will start implementing it in my homes (If im still making them, I've been experimenting with other types of mods, player homes are nice and all, but its fun to branch out)
Sry, didn't even know about it. Just made it, thought about a minute or two for a name, saw that its shaped lake barrel and decided that it was fine enough.
