Edit: Jonx0r (author of the original mod "Extended Encounters") uploaded ESP version for the latest update (v1.6.7). I guess your files are safe with (only) them.
Thanks. It's a weird encounter. There's an event with a thief and a citizen where the thief steals their clothes and then walks around naked until he despawns. Could you remove that aswell?
If I could be bothered to learn how to mod, I'd edit it so that happens where Heimskr screams all day (and give him like 5 minutes of sitting to the side while and after the execution).
The first time I saw the scene in this mod, it was in the middle of the road in Riverwood, like literally on Alvor's front steps. I was extremely confused.
