Vigilance at the Markarth Stables is also is the MarkarthStablesFaction, so the swap config for horses turns him into a horse

  RDF Ungulates patch V1.3 has been posted that excludes DogRace from all Horse swaps.

If you take suggestions on other races to add, I've got a few. Lungaris and Bird Races, maybe they'd make good farmers or something would be nice to add a bit of variety
