If you know your way around Xedit this woudnt be too hard to patch for your custom mod merge:
1- Add your mod merge as a master 2- Change the following: package location references, npc placement, chest placement to the new master 3- Clean masters
What functional dialogue should the steward have? She's mostly just there for show, as Stormwatch Castle isn't set up as a hearthfire home (no addons to purchase or npcs to hire). I'll be renaming her as Thane next update, as I don't plan to add Hearthfire upgrades functionality to this location (it's already fully upgraded and doesn't need this).
The cook most definitely has the functional dialogue, ask her "What's on the menu today?" and it opens up her merchant dialogue. The bard is set up to play lute/drums/flute randomly - I made sure to add the "Inn" keyword to the location in a small update to encourage the idle behavior.
Edit: I figured it out - I had the start hour set to 8 not 0, easy fix and already in the updated mod.
This is another example, of many, where there is a model structure bias in a collection of NPCs. This one is the long faces and narrow noses. If you are intending to have this, fine. But like ColdSun and various other collections here, they all look like they are genetically related. How about this: Start with any of the NPCs from another author's collection, add a few bulk random characteristic, and shape to taste.
