This worked like a charm.  Thank you for sharing.  Now I have to add the master files but that's easy.  Thanks again!
    1. No problem!

I get this: When opening CK from steam it could load for a second and quit immediatly.

when installing CK from Steam, it creates a separete folder named Skyrim, so under common folder I have Skyrim (CK) and Skyrim Special Edition.
I have paste the dll into the skyrim folder but i still get the load and quit if I launch CK from Steam.
If I try to open de CK.exe i get procedure entry point SteamUGC could not be located in the dynamic link library.

I have been reading several post trying to fix this, I hoped this dll would allow me to open CK again but sadly it didnĀ“t work.
If anyone can give any other tip I would appreciate it
    1. Now normally steam is supposed to install CK into your skyrim SE folder and then paste the dll there.

yeah I remember it used to do that, but not anymore it seems, and it only let me choose the disc for installation but not a specific directory. I will try again to copy and paste in the SE directory and then paste the dll

EDIT. Nothing it still gives me this error:
CreationKit.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point SteamUGC could not be located in the dynamic link library H:\Steam
      W10\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special

Should probably mention this is mostly relevant to non-Steam Skyrim installs. If you are using the new CK with an older Skyrim Steam install, you need *both* this and the old dll, and have to swap between them or you will make Skyrim itself unable to load.

    Absolute lifesaver, thanks
    1. I assume everything is all up and working now? If so then great! That's what this is for.

Yeah, basically everyone who owns Skyrim on something else than Steam is fucked, because this dll is a part of the Steam Skyrim installation, but not the CK.
