Hello! I have installed the mod but I cant seem to make the armor at any forge or find a way to make the potion. I have also tried console commands and no codes came up. I have additem menu but I'm not sure what to type in there to get the wings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Try re-downloading and reinstalling the mod. They should show up in any forge or cooking station without any prerequisites. If you want to find them in the console command, just type: help "wings" 4
If you are using sexy move/walk and run FNIS, it seems like this mod is overruled by that, after I do that this mod's dragon potions get deleted for some reason and only the cure mutagen potion stays in the item list. Any idea how to make a work around for that? As soon as I reinstall this mod it breaks sexy move/walk again.
I can't think of any reason why sexy move/walk and/or FNIS would conflict with this mod. AFW does not use FNIS nor does it edit character movement animations. I personally use AFW with 360 walk and run plus, girly animations, pretty jump animations, and FNIS all at the same time and have zero issues. There must be something wrong with you mod installations or load order. Please try uninstalling AFW, creating a new save, then reinstalling AFW and make sure it's at the bottom of your load order.
It should be ok, but there may be some overlap since this mod was originally a rework of animated dragon wings. I haven't tested them together myself, though. I don't know if ADW has been updated much since the original release, but I did some upgrades to the scripts they might share. If you are given a choice to overwrite files while installing, I'd recommend trying AFW's files first.
These wings are super awesome! Going to put them on my Breton Mage to turn her into a Valkyrie and hum Flight of the Valkyries as I pelt Whiterun with hundreds of fireballs from above.
Hey, love the mod! I just have a quick question: are you still intending on adding the flying animations with the Real Flying patch? I would love to use these wings but the lack of flapping animations when flying upwards is bothering me a little. Other than that, the mod works great and I love the wings. :) Keep up the great work!
Not anymore. I don't know anything about animations and I don't have time to work on it. Additionally, the Flying Mod Overhaul has the animations built-in and works great (see the description page for more information). That's what I've been using for about a year now.
Not knowing how to mod Skyrim, is it possible to mod a pair of wings that appear invisible with the imperfect light refracting like the invisibility spell?
Also, I was wondering if you were able to get permission to adapt the flying vampire lord mod for the angel wings, or get the original author of FVL to do it?
1. I'm sure it is, but I don't know much about modelling. 2. That's up to the owner, but I don't have time to take on another project right now. Have you considered trying these yourself? I'd love to do work on a lot of the requests I get but I simply don't have the time. I didn't know anything about creating or porting mods when I started trying to port this mod. You just need to be patient, be willing to learn, and look a lot of stuff up. Also don't be afraid to ask questions of the modding community. You'd be surprised how helpful people are!
HELP! I have this mod, have all req's, but when in first person my left wing slightly blocks my view in first person, covers half my screen in sneak OR fully covers my screen(in sneak) what can i do to fix this, a soft fix is to sheath my weapon and then unsheathe it but its very irritating to sheathe and unsheathe over and over just to be able to see =/
sidenote- before the new updates dropped this mod worked perfectly and have no complaints until no T.T
I don't see why it wouldn't, but it might be a little wonky since the wings are visible in first person. I don't have VR so I can't test it myself. I say give it a try and see what happens!
