If it doesn't work for your list or monitor or whatever, adjust these parameters yourself

Default:
ReflectionAmount=0.4         
WavesAmplitudeDawn=0.8
WavesAmplitudeSunrise=1.0
WavesAmplitudeDay=1.0
WavesAmplitudeSunset=1.0
WavesAmplitudeDusk=1.0
WavesAmplitudeNight=1.5

For reflection, I usually increase it 5 at a time until it is perfect but after having changed the wave amplitude parameters. For your wave amplitude, start by lowering all of them one by one to 0, then go up by 5 until you get smooth waters, leaving all the times of the day with the same values.
