can confirm that this doesn't work with Vorkiinator Black. shame, i was really excited for it. hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me eventually makes a patch
I use this with Better Vanilla Perks, and it worked fine at first, but then I updated it to 1.2. Which broke it, while 1.101 works just fine. I'd patch it myself but I have no clue how. I like very much enjoy this mod, good work! Very fun with character randomizers and challenge runs.
I backed up my save to make sure it wouldn't mess with too much, however even with making a new save it had issues with 1.2. It seemingly didn't work, but I did get the starter perks. Reverting my save and mod versions allowed me to continue on 1.101 with my previous save. I do suspect I did screw something up along the way though.
It would depend on if they edited the first perk, or replaced it completely. If it's the latter, then it wouldn't work. Which overhaul are you looking at? I could always make a patch.
Ok tested it on my game with Exprience, it gave me 3 perks to start, but did not block me from leveling skills, even those without perks in them. Might be some other mod, my mod list is kinda a mess. Maybe someone else can confirm it working together. EDIT tested again and nevermind, its working as intended as far as I can tell. It's weird i swear I got a sneaking level earlier
I did this for a time. Played vanilla while trying to gain 0 exp for the entire playthrough to see how much of the game could be completed. Its kinda fun!
