How it works
You will start the game with 3 perk points available to you.
Skills won't progress unless you've invested in the first skill in the tree.
You are significantly less effective at using skills you haven't invested in. Potions and enchantments are 50% weaker, armor is 50% less effective, and so on.
Lockpicking is significantly harder than vanilla.
Pickpocketing is significantly harder than vanilla.
Skills start at 5 instead of 15, making early skill point usage more important.
Makes no changes to vanilla skill trees.
All Debuffs
One-Handed, Two-Handed, and Marksman weapons are 50% weaker when not invested in
Light Armor and Heavy Armor are 50% less effective and weigh 1.5x more when not invested in
Alchemy, Enchanting, and Tempering are 50% less effective when not invested in
You learn 0 ingredient properties when eating them until you've invested in Alchemy
Spells cost 10x more, are 50% weaker, and last 50% less time if not invested in
Pickpocketing is 50% harder when not invested in
Sneaking is 20% harder if not invested in
Blocking absorbs 50% less damage if not invested in
Buying and Selling prices are 10% worse if not invested in
