The Rogue Merchant Alliance is an association of traders. The Alliance was able to negotiate with the lords of the lands and the trade levy became regulated. They controlled the way in which trade was conducted in the towns and applied rules to the way in which trade was conducted. The members of the Merchant Alliance became very important members of the Skyrim community. The introduction of this Merchant Alliance lead to its own hierarchy and involvement in civic duties. The power of these Rogue Merchant Alliance members increased and they tended to be wealthier and of higher social status than the members of the craft guilds.
Rogue Merchant Alliance trainers can train up to lvl 200 but still only 5 times per level. Perfect for use with Uncapper Mods
Seaward the Explorer (Also Master Speechcraft Trainer) can be found in the Riverwood Trader in Riverwood
Caitlin of Winterhold (Also Master Destruction Trainer) can be found in Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun
Mad Hat Windsor (Also Master Alchemy Trainer/Fence) can be found in the Silver Blood Inn in Markarth
Berton Three Fingers (Also Master Lockpicking Trainer/Fence) can be found in the Radiant Raiment in Solitude
Rogue Merchant Alliance followers can lvl up to lvl 200 Perfect for use with Uncapper Mods or Amazing Follower Tweaks
Orlock the Destroyer (Heavy Armor 2H Warrior)can be found at the Riverwood Entrance in Riverwood
Archmage Verelis (Destruction/Restoration Healer) can be found on the bridge in front of the College Of Winterhold
Renna The Quick (Archer) can be found outside Solitude main enterance
Mahwish The GuerillaTank (Heavy Armor, 1H Sword/Shield) can be found at the main entrance into Whiterun

Features:
Merchants have more money than usual awesome for those modded legendary playthroughs.
A bunch of custom idles for the merchants while they are hanging around selling stuff looking badass.
Custom inventory selections rare items from around the world are available.
All inventory is based on levels as to not break the game. Good items are offset by higher prices.
