I wonder if its possible to swap in a Frozen Lake via Base Object Swapper and the Seasonal Weather mods?
That way HF Hatcheries (and even most bodies of water in Skyrim! This will make an amazing mod!) Freeze up during the Winter and go back to Vanilla flow again as it warms up.
Simplicity of Snow should be fine. Parallax to be honest, I don't know. I've used the same vanilla meshes so I would assume if you have the appropriate parallax meshes and textures you should be ok.
If i use Seasons of Skyrim and Turn of the Seasons do i need this mod? Or if this mod compatible with those two mods i mentioned above? Thanks in advance!

I suspect Bethesda simply copy/pasted the houses, and either forgot or didn't bother to enable snow on these two.
