Good idea. Whiterun Safehold has been my player home since...forever. It would be even nicer if someone could add a stable near it, but I am not sure whether you need Skyrimlazz's permission to do that, and he/she is not known as one who responds to such requests.
I've actually reconsidered this. I looked into the mod and noticed that Whiterun Safehold didn't have a horse marker, which meant your horse would actually go to the last player home you slept in... which would nicely put it in Whiterun if that was Breezehome... or it could put it half the province away if it was not.
Therefore, I added the small stables area as you suggested and put a horse marker there linked to the Whiterun Safehold location.
Okay, maybe it is just my eyesight, but as I look at the picture from this mod, did you somehow manage to get the ivy off the stone fence that fences the tiny front yard of Whiterun Safehold? It is the only ivy I can't disable as I gradually restore the house because it's actually part of the fence.
I actually went into the mesh itself and edited it for my personal use, as it bugged me. That has nothing to do with the Whiterun Safehold, but is a vanilla game mesh (or one you likely replaced with some other mod, as I did).
A lot of player home mod authors rightfully and wisely limit their edits to as few cells as possible, not extending paths/outlying details into the surrounding landscape - it's a good idea and it helps minimize compatibility issues.
I however, have no such compunctions. Though I do take care to not edit navmeshes, heightmaps, or landscape terrain paint.

(Also, thanks for checking that it works with JK's Whiterun Outskirts.)
