Hi! for some reason, all the sliders are mislabeled for me. i have the latest racemenu and all that, and no other mods that'd edit the menu or presets. any idea what could be up?
(edit: a reset seemed to fix it. probably should've tried that before commenting, but oh well, let my foolishness be a lesson to all!)
First off, thank you so much for this mod! I always wanted to play Argonian but there was just something about the transition from brow to nose that felt off to me. I was finally able to fix that and now I don't think I can ever go back!
If I had one note, it would be nice to have sliders that did Outer Eye Up and Inner Eye Down. Would be cool to have a more almond shaped eye. 100% not needed because this mod is awesome!
The screenshot I uploaded shows them in the head tab, but I swapped them over to the face tab before I uploaded and forgot to grab a new screenshot. Are they missing from the face tab too?
Yup they missing from all tabs I've had issues with ece sliders like this aswell but they just somome fixed themselves so I'm sure it's an issue on my end I'm just not sure what to look at.
I've had similar happen when I was using Racemenu version 0.4.19.14 (latest version for Skyrim 1.6.640), but creating the character then going back in with showracemenu would usually force them to show up for me.
I just tried to recreate it and couldn't on my end. Load order doesn't seem to matter, and I'm unaware of any mod that directly conflicts with it.
Does anything relating to this mod show up in skee64.log?
Yes the mod shows up in the log as loading an I'm using racemeneu 4.16 latest for se 1.5.97 I have tried showracemenu perhaps leaving it for longer may help.
I saw other people using 1.5.97 who were having similar issues with other sliders, so it just might be that version of racemenu is a bit wonky. I'll try to keep an eye out for a potential fix
Question. Is there, or will there be, a feature that adjusts the size of their eyes/eyeballs? I had to do mine manually through Racemenu Sculpting, but when they twitch or other wise move around, they revert back to their original size.
It shouldnt, but the hair with the horns slightly further down the face may float depending on which sliders you use. The sculpt tab in racemenu might be useful for fixing that if that issue comes up on a hair you want to use.
Hair doesnt usually come with the chargen tri file that I used to build the other patches off of, so patching any hair to work would be a way more involved process.
This is a great mod, thank you for making it!! I wonder if you could add a slider for the width of the nose? and maybe one to change the size of the eyes? I don't know if either of these is possible?
I can certainly try out the nose one. Little worried about the eye one since argonian eyes are buggy as all get out to begin with but I'll give that one a shot too
For the most part, Kabu's Argonian Fins will look fine. Because of the fins going down the middle of the nose, that part will look odd and sometimes float. Sculpting in racemenu would be your best bet. A patch for this would take more work, as I would need to do a replacer esp to add chargen data to the fins, but it might be possible and I can certainly look into doing it
EDIT: I spent the better part of this morning attempting this, I cant even get them to respond to the vanilla chargen morphs let alone the ones from ACE. I can try again if I get bored but a Kabu's Argonian Fins patch wont be coming soon, unless someone else who knows exactly what they're doing wants to patch it themselves
