Overhauls the Cracked Tusk Keep location. Changing it to an orc stronghold.

There is an blacksmith and a general goods merchant(who only buys). Also adds 2 new side quests, 4 new misc quests, 9 new scenes and additional options to get the blade shards for the Pieces of the Past quest. 5 of the quests are available at the keep, 1 starts in the Falkreath inn.

Makes minor changes to Bilegulch Mine and to one cell in the mountains north of Lake Ilinalta. Also edits the OrcDialogue quest used for strongholds,in a minor way, so that it also is used by the orcs from Cracked Tusk Keep.

All quests, scenes and additional dialogue are voiced with ElevenLabs.
