    Thank you for this, it seems to be working well and not too demanding, been using it for several hours and so far so good. Thank you for making something similar to Vitality mode which I really enjoyed using. Cheers

    I see neither the widgets displaying, nor my needs ever depleting while in use. I've cranked the Need Loss Rate all throughout quite high even. I do see the needs being tracked in my Conditions page, but they're always in tiptop shape

      First off, just to double-check, do you have iWant Widgets?  It's required if you want to get the widgets showing up.  Could probably make that clearer on the mod page-- you need to have iWant Widgets installed, enable the mod and widgets in the MCM, and then save and re-load your game once, then the widgets should show up.

      For needs depleting, can you try disabling the mod in the MCM, exiting the menu and waiting a few seconds, and then re-opening the MCM and re-enabling it?  Then, if you have your character travel a bit down the road and pass 24 hours in the wait menu, you should see yourself getting tired/hungry/thirsty after a second or two.  You could also try help __NeedsFlagHydration in the console, which should print out something like:
      __NeedsVarHydration0 = 0.00
      __NeedsVarHydration1 = 95.13
      If both of those values are 100 and don't change after waiting several hours and re-running the command, let me know!  Might need to fix something about how the updates get queued-- I set up the script mostly with minimizing the script load in mind, so it's possible I was overzealous there and tripped into a situation where updates could end up never happening.

      iWant Widgets is a really great mod that I grabbed thru your requirements, and then went looking into other mods that use it because it sounds good. Been using VSU Armor Degredation with it and it's been working as far as I can see.
      Tried the off and on again instructions you suggested:
      __NeedsVarHydration0 = 100.00
      __NeedsVarHydration1 = 99.48
      and never changed. I noticed two bugs with MCM as well though. When interacting with the Mod Toggle, whether that be Reset to Default when already at default state, or changing with mouse click; my entire MCM would be locked and no inputs except back work in MCM until I close the Skyrim Pause menu and reopen MCM. Additionally, the same event will cause Show Status Messages in Nondescript to uncheck; but only once I've returned to the menu can I see this change.

      Thanks for the info!  I'll take a look at the script sometime to see if I can work out why things aren't updating for you.  Unfortunately my computer is about to go into a box so I can move apartments, so it might be a little while, but I'll make a note so I don't forget.  :)

      MCM-wise, the menu becoming unresponsive / messages option changing is probably expected, I think.  It just reflects some of the stuff the mod has to do to disable/enable correctly.  But I'll see whether that can be made a bit more user-friendly; at minimum I could add a label that the MCM needs to be closed and opened again, something like that.

    As a suggestion, the widgets could be more immersive or atleast minimalistic. Anyways, i'll try this mod!

      Cheers, let me know if you have any problems!

      I've actually never been much a fan of the minimalistic widget style myself (which is why these widgets look this way, lol).  The widgets can be made smaller, moved around, or hidden entirely if you'd prefer, though!  The mod can show status notifications when you're getting hungry/etc instead, and you can always check your status via the active effects menu.
