   I can't help you personally because I don't know anything about creating mods, but I do know that the "Witcher 3 Eyes" mod has glowing eyes options; as a matter of fact, I considered using that mod for my own Werewolf character, but decided not to since no other Werewolf in the game would have glowing eyes in their human form.
   
   Still, maybe you could ask that mod's creator for advice on how to create glowing eyes ?

   Does this affect werewolves in human form? Like Aela & the other companians?

      Not yet, but I'm planning on updating this mod with better textures, glowmaps, and a spid to the Companions at some point

   Thank you for this amazing mod, I hope someone could patch it so that this mod affects named werewolves in the game while in human form.
