Base list of SPID keywords distributed among npc's for ease of use among other addons.

This has all the base keywords for my addons. It's based off fig26uk's SPID Random Distribution Helper and is essentially a more direct extension of it.

Installation:
1. Ensure that SPID is installed
2. Install Package to your mod organizer folder navigating here: .\overwrite\Root\data  (Skyrims data folder)
