Kirax's BDO SPID Files
This addon enables you to distribute the black desert armors found on Kirax's website to NPC's around Skyrim.

Main Differences between male and female, I did the female first so they are more focused on skilled characters receiving armor. The male counterpart is a large list of possible candidates for certain armors. Please refer to the ini file for any tweaks.

This will only work with 2024 Female BDO (Private (patreon)) or 2024 Male BDO (Public (mega link)) depending on the ini files which you select. If you own both, you can install both together alongside, the male list and female lists are independent from each other.

I assume you already have the prerequisite Outfit mod from Kirax installed.

Installation:
1. Ensure that SPID is installed
2. Install the ESP after SPID
3. Install the config files to your mod organizer folder navigating here: .\overwrite\Root\data  (Skyrims data folder)

What's new in v1.3?
I've redone the entire list to mainly go by profession trainers and npc functional types (Smiths, Couriers, Innkeepers, General goods). From the last version to this one I directly incorporated the names of NPC's found throughout towns. Enemy variety is lower, and in general you will see a set of npc's go between a few armor sets. 

I've also removed some outfits that do not appear in game.

FAQ:
Why can't I see the changed armors?
You may need to load a new save, if your current npc's are tagged by spid they won't refresh. Try opening the console ( tilde ` ) and clicking on the NPC, then type ResetInventory. It may work then

Why are normal people wearing armor now?
It's partially randomly assigned, but to give you a quick overview. All guards, vampires, dawnguard and high level enemies have a high chance of spawning with BDO armor equipped. Additionally there is a few sets that may be applied at my discretion. You can tweak the INI files as you like. There is a 5% chance (config v1.1) for 3 outfits to spawn on either gender for anyone not wearing armor.

What are miscellaneous configs?
I recognize my desired RP settings may not work out for every use case scenario. For example just to get a cinematic with new outfits you can use the unskilled config.  if you would like to just see more of the armor all around then you must combine config files to expose all outfits. You have to combine a male armor and a male weapon config, or a female armor and a female weapon config to get all assets. The Main File RP configs are both Weapons + Armors.

Regarding future updates:
I personally play with this mod so I will be tweaking the config and may upload the update here. My plan is to get the Kirax Vindictus sets as a replacement for alot of the Vanilla armor.

What are you working on as WIP?
I have just setup the base files across multiple HDT armor compendiums, then I will be tweaking accordingly to ensure a even spread across all of Skyrims nords. The edition that is being downloaded is untuned and a proof of concept, feel free to come up with your own distribution ruling.
