Does this run inside the installed mod manager, or can it be run outside the mod manager, as long as the fixed path to Outfit Studio is correct? it sounds like it doesn't need anything but the base ground object nif, the nifs to be converted, and Outfit Studio.

I'm wondering if I can set up a venv for your python file.

    Thanks

You can run this outside of MO, this is also what I do. I also use a venv with vscode to run this.

Wow! Sound interesting! Does it possible to change body in nif files for armor/clothes? For example, CBBE to BHUNP or something similar? It's will be great to automate that process :). Yes, I know there must be will be some skinning issue, but I try to change target body weight for maximum fit for source body weights.
Thank you very much, your python skills are really great. I try to figure out how to change body.

I don't see why not except the obvious issues you already mentioned. Loading in body meshes is the same as any other mesh, you just need to figure out the set reference/switch reference and conform/copy bone weight process. I'm guessing a lot of this you can probably do by just switching out button names from my script here and you can reuse a lot of the code for deleting base shapes, import/export and the main loop
